WARMINSTER TOWSHIP, PA—A bank-owned 56,000-square-foot commercial building at 700 York Road is being offered for sale in a sealed bid auction scheduled for May 20.

The auction of the property is being conducted by Madison Hawk, a national real estate firm that specializes in structured accelerated sales. The building is currently vacant and well positioned for either redevelopment of the existing structure or demolition and construction of a new commercial building, says Jeff Hubbard, president of New York City-based Madison Hawk.

The property on 9.15 acres includes 800 feet of frontage on York Road, 450 surface parking spaces, signalized entrance and a separate potential pad for possible future development.

“The property's location offers everything a commercial end user, investor or developer would seek in a commercial site,” says Hubbard. “Warminster is a densely populated suburb with an affluent resident base that commutes regularly to nearby Philadelphia. The intersection York and West Street Road is one of the area's most prominent retail centers with national name brands such as Petco, Old Navy, Kohl's and TJ Maxx operating in the immediate area. The building itself is visible from the well-traveled roadway and offers a variety of uses to a new buyer with flexible commercial zoning.”

The sealed-bid deadline for those interested in the property is Tuesday, May 20th.
