MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA—National Avenue Partners, LLC says it has submitted construction plans with here for a four-story class A office development at 600 National Avenue, which received city approval in May.
The partnership also announced that Phil Mahoney, executive managing director, Mike Saign, vice president and Randy Gabrielson, executive managing director of Newmark Cornish & Carey have been selected to represent the property for lease.

Located in Mountain View's East Whisman area, demolition of structures currently on the site is under way, with construction scheduled to begin in early 2015. Upon completion, the property will consist of a 145,000 square foot building with floor plates ranging from 33,000 to 36,000 square feet. The building is designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification with, floor-to-ceiling glass for optimal natural light, outdoor balconies and extensive landscaping.
