NEW YORK CITY—Talk about what must have been friendly negotiations, the Related Companies has decided to occupy almost 300,000 square feet at its 30 Hudson Yards officer tower.

The Hudson Yards developer is taking six floors of condominium office space near the top of the 30 Hudson Yards (the north tower) office building and will be relocating its offices currently housed at Time Warner Center, according to the Real Deal. The developer will occupy approximately 270,000 square feet of space at the 90-story, 1.6-million-square-foot property when the building is completed in 2019.

Earlier this month, Globest.com reported that Vayner Media had signed a lease for more than 88,000 square feet of space at Related's 10 Hudson Yards (the south tower) building, which is 85% committed and slated for delivery in early 2016.

Joining Related at 30 Hudson Yards will be Time Warner, HBO, CNN, Turner Broadcasting and Warner Brothers.
