Warfield at Historic Sykesville

COLUMBIA, MD–Warfield Cos. has acquired a 91-acre mixed-use development in the Town of Sykesville, which it has rebranded as Warfield at Historic Sykesville. The company plans to begin redeveloping it into a project that will support close to 600,000 square feet of office, light industrial and retail space, approximately 180 residential units, a full-service hotel, and a 27 acre town park. Work on the first office building will begin within weeks, on spec.
