The multifamily and single-family rental home sectors could not be better poised for continued growth in the coming year. After 12 or so months of increased rents, there is still room for additional hikes. Fundamentals are sound and demand is not only solid but growing for both categories.

Though the multifamily sector emerged from 2020 relatively unscathed, professionals are still navigating shifts within the field, such as continued moving patterns across the US, rising interest rates and inflation, new marketing tactics, crypto, NFTs and more.

With this in mind, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum is honored to once again shine a spotlight on some of the biggest influencers across the sector. This recognition will highlight some of the most notable professionals in the multifamily scene, from developers, investors and brokers to those introducing new concepts and products to the business.

For this year’s series, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum will additionally recognize notable players within the single-family rental space, as a part of the broader multifamily sector.

GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum will honor the chosen 2022 Influencers in Multifamily at a celebratory awards ceremony this October in Los Angeles, during the Multifamily Fall conference. In addition, the 2022 Multifamily Influencers will be profiled in GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s October issue and will gain recognition on GlobeSt.com.

The nomination deadline has been extended to the end of the day today, July 13. To apply, click here
