The largest transactions were with EVonyz Inc., a majority-owned subsidiary of Revco Inc., which leased 27,200 sf at Six Skyline Dr. in Hawthorne; Esperya USA Inc., a food and wine distributor, which leased 16,018 sf at Three Westchester Plaza in Elmsford; and Physicians' Telecom, which signed on at Three Skyline Dr. in Hawthorne for 15,000 sf. Carol McGuire of Mack-Cali represented the building owner in the EVonyx and Physicians' Telecom transactions, while Ivan Abry spoke for Mack-Cali in the Esperya USA deal.
