All five of the commercial units in Fairburn Exchange were leased even before the building's formal ribbon-cutting celebration. Spaces in the one-story building range from 500 sf to 750 sf. Rents are $275 to $400 per month.
The first group of tenants include a book store, music shop, insurance office, Mexican grocery and a joint office for the Housing Authority of Fairburn, Palmetto and Union City.
