Industrial Park Fetches $18.5 Million

SAN DIEGO-Deal for Sorrento Valley complex reflects area's strong demand.

The complex, Sorrento West Industrial Park, has 162,500 sf of space. It consists of eight buildings that stand on Roselle Street and Flintkote Avenue.

The buyer of the 25-year-old park is JBC Sorrento West LLC. The seller was another private partnership, Sorrento West Partners LP.

Each party represented itself in the transaction.
