HOUSTON-In a city teeming with construction activity, northwest Houston has yet another project heading its way. The Betz Cos. is buying 272 acres for a residential-commercial project.
The site is near the intersection of US Highway 290 and Muescke Road. Approximately 200 acres will be used for single-family development, with the remainder of the property to be used for commercial. Wolff Cos. is the seller.
