The senior housing group in the Orange County office of Charles Dunn Co. represented the seller, locally-based La Villa Venture, while the LA office of Ramsey-Shilling represented the buyer.
The development includes an assisted living complex, Casa La Villa, at 925 E. Villa St., and the Villa Michele independent apartments at 539 N. Mentor Ave. Together the two complexes have 162 units in 82,000 sf.
