AUSTIN-Endeavor/Westbrook has secured a five-year interim bridge loan for $5.4 million to buy the 77,500-sf Balcones Centre,11149 Research Blvd. Medianet is the major tenant in the 75% leased building.
The seller's name is not being disclosed. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP arranged the financing through Nationwide Life Insurance Co.
