HIGH POINT, N.C-Asheboro developer Jeff Schwartz has broken ground on a $3 million, six-building rental warehouse and manufacturing complex just northeast of Charlotte.
Rents will be about $2.75 psf, a competitive range compared with a $3.95 average level in North High Point, a hotbed of industrial and residential growth. Schwartz has had no preleasing activity to date. Each of the six buildings will offer 20,000 sf.
