CORAL GABLES, FL-Codina Group's property management division has picked up one new assignment and renewed two others, increasing its portfolio to 14 million sf in 42 properties.
Codina's contract was renewed by the InterAmerica Center at 396 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables and a 200,000-sf office building at Beacon Point in Weston. Statewide, Codina manages 14 million sf in 42 properties.
