ORLANDO-The Indianapolis-based developer is paying Houston-based Shell Energy & Land Co. $6.4 million for a 36.7-acre tract at NorthPoint, a hot commercial park in suburban Orlando.
Details on the venture are being worked out. Realvest Partners Inc. of Maitland negotiated for the seller. Shell and Duke-Weeks are joint-venturing the project at 10-year-old NorthPoint in suburban Lake Mary.
