Andrew L. Youngquist Construction, commonly referred to as ALY, is the parent of a family of companies that includes Birtcher Construction Services. ALY is becoming one of the biggest players in the Southland market for retirement developments: It recently began construction of the $10-million Imperial Park Senior Care Community in Whittier and is planning several other projects.
