The 26% discount will net the buyer a one-well town with a gas station, golf shop, cafe, hot dog stand, 28-stable horse barn, an indoor riding arena, two rental homes and a fair amount of surrounding, undeveloped property.
The owner is Vivian Lematta's, whose family has owned the town for 80 years. Jim Gray, with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Salem, is handling the disposition.
