HOUSTON-Retail gets a boost this week as two grocery-anchored centers in the Houston area prep for grand openings. The centers add 190,000 sf to the city's retail numbers.
In Friendswood, Autumn Creek Village, a 90,000-sf center, is being anchored by Albertsons. Autumn Creek Village is situated at Bay Area Blvd. and FM 528. Centcor is an affiliate of the Weitzman Group real estate firm.
