IDX Systems Corp., based in Burlington, VT, took 13,000 sf in the corporate center at 4445 Eastgage Mall. The local office of Burnham Real Estate Services represented the building's owner, a locally based private parntership known as Frazee East Properties Partners.
The San Diego office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented IDX in the negotiations.
