The Garden Ridge store will be built on a 10-acre site along Interstate 45 near College Park Dr. Cypress Equities has bought the property from the Woodlands Operating Co.
The Woodlands company also has sold a 1.7-acre tract to Ponderosa Land Development for a retain project being anchored by Hollywood Video and Payless Shoes. That property also is situated near College Park Dr.
