The 45-story building, located at 1415 Louisiana St., is now 90% leased, according to Bill Pedersen, president of Wedge Commercial Properties. The downtown Houston office market has a strong occupancy rate with 98% of the class A space being leased. NAI Partners represented the energy firm with the lease.
