CarrAmerica Signs Five More Tenants at 1201 F St.

WASHINGTON, DC-Developer's 12-story building is 92% leased after adding five new tenants including a trade association and professional services group.

The building is now 92% leased. Tenants include Cadwallader Wickersham & Taft, Charles River Associates, National Federation of Independent Businesses and the Oceanaire Seafood Room.

CarrAmerica Real Estate Inc., an affiliate of the Washington-based developer, negotiated on behalf of the ownership, a joint venture between CarrAmerica and JP Morgan Investment Management Inc.
