Cable Manufacturer Inks 65,000 SF Lease

ANDOVER, MA-Meredith & Grew and the Stubblebine Co. co-brokered the 10-year lease for the company, which will relocate its headquarters from Wilmington.

David Pergola Sr. of Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, Frontage Road Realty Trust, while Micah Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Co. acted on behalf of the tenant. QMI is a manufacturer of high-performance cables, cable assemblies and connectors. The firm will be relocating from its facility in Wilmington.
