HOUSTON-Single-family construction starts continue to keep pace with the hardy job growth rate. A new study shows a 27% increase for July in comparison to the previous July.
The Houston economy has been enjoying strong job growth with more than 60,000 new jobs being created over the last year. The sales of new homes were up 34% in July over the previous July, CDS Market Research is reporting.
