AUSTIN-Caliber Collision Centers, a CA-based operation, is purchasing three Body Tek shops in an ongoing strategy to buy out competitors. The Irvine, CA., company made its move into the city's market just last year.
Caliber Collision Centers, which has $135 million in annual revenues, entered the Austin market last year. It plans to continue acquiring and developing repair centers in the region. Caliber currently operates a total of 39 collision repair centers in California and Texas.
