Out-of-State Investor Buys Corpus Christi 704-Unit Complex

HOUSTON-A out-of-state investor is buying a 704-unit multi-family complex in Corpus Christi from Atlanta-based Lend Lease Real Estate Investments.

The 704-unit project, 5757 Staples St., was built in 1983. The seller was the Lend Lease Real Estate Investments firm of Atlanta, Ga. The sale was negotiated by Hendricks & Partners, a large realty brokerage firm that focuses exclusively on the multi-family market. Hendricks & Partners operates 20 regional offices around the United States.
