Kinzan Inc. signed the five-year, $3-million deal for space at 5857 OwensAve. The Shidler Group, the project's landlord, was represented by JoeAnderson of the San Diego office of Business Real Estate.
Brian French of San Diego-based Irving Hughes Co. represented KinzanInc.
