"We are hopeful that we will be able to snag them in the next month or so," Friedman notes. The company recently began demolition of 24 Richmond Hill Ave., a 66,000-sf building that stood at the site of the future Connecticut Place property.
The development is a joint venture of Louis Dreyfus Property Group and the Apollo Real Estate Investment Fund.
