Also, Zimmel brought Atlantic Plywood to the nearly 45,000-sf One Altman Dr. in Rutherford, NJ. The building was moved less than a month after it came on the market. Zimmel repped the unnamed building owner, while SBWE Brokers of Rutherford, NJ stood for the tenant.
Finally, Zimmel quickly found a buyer, U.S. Healthcare Development, for the 10,000-sf 29 Meridian Rd in Edison. The new owner will retrofit the building as a medical center.
