The internationally-famous retail clothier has signed a 10-year lease for the property at 3304 Miller Rd. The building is owned by Duke-Week, who was represented by Bob Rice in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. acted on behalf of Neiman Marcus.
