Scottsdale-based Priority Investment Inc. purchased for $1.4 million the Keen Apartments, a 56-unit complex at 16621 N. 25th Street. The complex is 80% leased.
The seller is Bob Keen, a local investor who also developed the property. CB Richard Ellis represented both parties in the transaction.
