Cappelli Announces Grants for Westchester

VALHALLA, NY- The foundation of Westchester developer Louis R. Cappelli has awarded grants of $132,500 to 24 not-for-profit groups and community programs.

Cappelli Enterprises has built commercial office space in Westchester and is the developer/operator of the 500,00-sf New Roc City family/entertainment complex in New Rochelle. Recently, the foundation handed out $62,000 in grants to not-for-profit organizations in Sullivan County. In that area, Cappelli is involved in redeveloping the Concorde Hotel and Grossingers.
