The $1.5 million-building will fill the final spot in Lakeville's Fairfield Business Campus. Construction will begin late this month with completion expected by spring.
The new building will house D.R. Horton's three Twin Cities business units, D.R. Horton Customer Homes, DRH Title and CH Mortgage. The company currently leases space in Eagan.
