GDA Real Estate Lays Out $10.8 Mil for Shopping Center

DENVER-GDA Real Estate Services Inc. lays out $10.8 million for Happy Canyon

The center, located on Hampden Ave. at Happy Canyon Rd., a half mile west of Interstate 25, has been sold by developer, H.C.S.C. Ltd., confirms Garrette L. Matlock of the Denver office of Marcus & Millichap, who has been acting on the owner's behalf. The center is anchored by a Safeway grocery store.
