Testing Company Relocates to Carlsbad

SAN DIEGO-A manufacturer of computer chip-testing equipment moves from one North County community to another to accommodate its growth.

KVD Co. Inc., which also has sales offices in Colorado Springs and Austin,Texas, signed a three-year lease for $368,172 with landlord Impala CarlsbadPartners Ltd. for space on 2463-2465 Impala Drive.

The Carlsbad office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the landlord. The SanDiego office of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co. represented KVD.
