Nine different medical groups are setting up practices in Summit Healthplex, which has a broad array of amenities, including a family medical practice, orthopedic, sports, industrial and internal medicine along with urgent care, pain management, physical therapy and diagnostic imaging.
OutMed is leasing the building to Newnan Hospital, which is leasing space to physicians and medical clinics. Summit Healthplex plans a staff of 100. Rental rates are in the $16 per sf to $18 per sf range.
