Directly adjacent to the site, on West Road, the company is also buildinga 76,000-sf building for Glass and Mirror Craft Industry.Both projects encompasses 13 acres, and will cost about $7 million tobuild.
Richard Hartigan, Schonsheck vice president, says construction will start inOctober and will hopefully be completed in six months, depending on theseverity of the winter season.
