Tropic Investments LLC, with principal Jan Hinton, purchased the Tutor Time, a 10,200-sf retail complex at 3922 E. Chandler Blvd. Tropic Investments is based in Glendale, a suburb of Phoenix.
The building was sold by private partnership Glenwood King LLC, principal David Scott, which had owned it for three years prior to the sale. The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage represented the seller, while its Tucson office represented the buyer.
