The tenant, Competition Parts Warehouse, will occupy the industrial building at 2400 Main St. The company was represented in the lease negotiations by the San Diego office of Grubb & Ellis.
The building is owned by a private partnership known as BGI Holdings LLC. It also was represented by Grubb & Ellis' San Diego office.
