Chancellory Business Park, developed in the late 1980s by Atlanta-based Lend Lease Real Estate Investment Group, was represented by CB Richard Ellis, while Electrowire was represented by Abbott Land & Development Corp.
Lend Lease has also recently leased over 50,000-sf at its Elk Grove Business Park in Elk Grove, IL to two separate clients.
