HOUSTON-System Development, a Houston-based firm, has acquired the Tech Sym Building at 10500 West Office Dr. in west Houston. The class B, two-story structure is 90% occupied.
The class B building, which is approximately 90% occupied, was purchased from Tech Sym Corp. The two-story structure was constructed in 1981. Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the seller and Remax Southwest acted on the buyer's behalf.
