It will occupy 14,000 sf in Essex Square Shopping Center, a 106,650-sf project in Tappahannock, VA. Essex Square LLC, an investment group headed by Irvington, VA developer Herb Aman, owned the 106,650-sf retail center.
In Warrenton, P&G signed for 13,090 sf in the Warrenton Town Centre, a 119,000-sf community center owned by Warrenton Town Centre Associates.
KLNB represented both tenant and landlord in both transactions.
