Duarte Industrial Sells for $3.3 Mil

DUARTE, CA-A company that makes products for retail displays acquires a 58,500-sf building in the San Gabriel Valley.

Acme Display Co. has already begun moving into the building at 1801 Flower Ave. It will use the facility for warehousing and distribution.

The San Gabriel Valley and South Bay offices of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, retailer Mr. Remo of California. Lancelot Realty represented Acme Display.
