ATLANTA-The local e-commerce firm gets $25 million in the first direct investment of a real estate industry consortium and another $10 million investment led by Austin Ventures. FacilityPro is a B2B electronic marketplace for commercial property managers and suppliers.
Austin was the lead investor in FacilityPro's initial financing. Constellation Technologies, formed by 11 of the nation's largest owners, managers and developers of real estate, has anted up $135 million to invest in real estate-related e-commerce and telecommunications ventures.
