Interfoods operates 163 Popeye's in seven Southeastern states. The publicly-held firm has grown from 11 restaurants in the Miami area to its current total in the past four years. The Popeye's menu highlights Cajun-style chicken and side dishes. The restaurants are in 40 states and 23 countries.
