MOORESVILLE, NC-Morrison Plantation will have about 200 acres of commercial/retail and about 230 acres for apartments, townhomes, condominiums and single-family dwellings. The project is off Interstate 77, about 30 miles north of Charlotte.
Single-family houses will be $160,000 to $400,000, depending on the proximity to Lake Norman. Construction on a 36,000-sf Harris Teeter supermarket on a 30-acre parcel could start in November.
