KANSAS CITY-Property manager makes investment in booming area near Downtown.

The company bought the land as an investment in an industrial park and has leased the single-story structure to West Agro.

Ed Elder, with Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group, handled the transaction for the seller, Carr Associates. Gilbert Management represented itself.
