Witcher Chosen to Build U of M Dorm Addition

MINNEAPOLIS-The 32,700-sf addition should be ready by fall 2001.

The $7 million, four-story project, to be designed by Symmes Mainin & McKee Associates, will add from 140 to 170 new suites for students.

The rooms are expected to be ready by fall 2001, according to the Eden Prairie, MN-based commercial real estate firm.
