360Commerce's ExtendYourStore point of sale and Systech's Openfield Store Management System for back office, enterprise management and reporting will be jointly marketed to the retail sector.

The ExtendYourStore software facilitates new channels for retailing, including the Internet and wireless devices, while leveraging current investments. Openfield provides full back-office functions, multi-store support for data administration and real-time access to any store-level transaction data and reports. The Openfield technology also integrates components for inventory control, direct store delivery and price management.
360Commerce's client list includes Burlington Coat Factory, Cole National, Home Depot, Meijer and Sears. Systech is a developer and integrator of retail technology including software, systems and services to supermarket, general merchandise and hospitality chains.
