TRC Environmental Corp. is taking 12,021 sf of office space at 504 Huntland Dr. Commercial Texas and Insignia/ESG handled that contract.
Meanwhile, Trammell Crow also has negotiated a 2,500-sf lease at 3432 Greystone Dr. for Ergosoft Laboratories Inc.
In a sales transaction, Shoal Creek Properties Ltd. has secured slightly more than 56 acres at 9807 RM 620 north. The deal was handled by NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties.
