The park, which would also be a businessincubator facility, could cost up to $40 million, andwould likely be located on a 13-acre site near theUniversity's main campus in Minneapolis.
The project,which is tentatively called Minneapolis-UniversityResearch and Technology Park, would be apublic-private effort in which the city, with the helpof state and federal money, would buy the land andline up anchor tenants.
